SEA SQUIRTS

Ages: 5-6

Location: Clark’s Cove Site
Session Length: One week

Day Length: 9:00AM – 12:00 PM

This program focuses on creating a comfortable environment with the main goals being water safety and having fun! We mix sailing, games and swimming to help our Sea Squirts build confidence in and around the water.

Learn-To-Sail Fort Taber

Ages: 7-12
Location: Fort Taber Site
Session Length: One week
Day Length: 9:00AM – 3:00 PM
This program is for students who are looking for a fun and exciting way to explore their local environment while receiving individual attention and guidance from their instructors. The main goals of this course are to have fun and to learn the basics of sailing in a safe and exciting environment. Class is held in Catalina 14.2s with an instructor in each boat.

Learn-To-Sail Clark’s Cove

Ages: 8-12
Location: Clark’s Cove Site
Session Length: One week
Day Length: 9:00AM – 3:00 PM
This program is for students who are both new to sailing and those who have a few summers of sailing experience. The goals of this class are to have fun on the water and to learn and/or build upon the basics of sailing. Students in this class will have the opportunity to sail with an instructor and small group or to sail in their own boat with an instructor driven safety boat alongside. This class is held in Prams, Catalina 14.2s, Laser Picos and Sonars.

Cove Cruising

Ages: 11-17
Location: Clark’s Cove Site
Session Length: One week
Day Length: 9:00AM – 3:00 PM
This program is ideal for students who are both new to sailing and those who have been in our program for years. The emphasis of this class is to have fun while on the water and to learn and/or build upon the basics of sailing. Students in this class will have the opportunity to sail with an instructor and small group or to sail in their own boat with an instructor driven safety boat alongside. This class is held in Catalina 14.2s, 420s and Sonars.

Optimist Sailing

Ages: 8-14
Location: Clark’s Cove Site
Session Length: Two weeks
Day Length: 9:00AM – 3:00 PM
This program is for students who are looking to gain more advanced sailing skills and the basics of racing while remaining in a fun and relaxed environment. (Previous sailing experience and Program Director approval is required.)

Session 1: 7/1 – 7/12* ONE SPACE AVAILABLE
Session 2: 7/15 – 7/26 FULL
Session 3: 7/29 – 8/9
Session 4: 8/12 – 8/23

420 Sailing

Ages: 11-17
Location: Clark’s Cove Site
Session Length: Two weeks
Day Length: 9:00AM – 3:00 PM
This program is for students who are looking to gain more advanced sailing skills and the basics of racing while remaining in a fun and relaxed environment. (Previous sailing experience and Program Director approval is required.)
