We are so grateful for the many ways supporters have given to CBC. A large portion of our annual budget derives from philanthropic support. However you choose to give, know that your gift matters and will make an immediate impact on our organization and the amazing kids from our community that benefit from our programs.
Here are a few ways you can support our mission:
Annual Fund
Our annual fund is to be used for our programming and every-day expenses. The more annual funding we have, the more freedom we have to bring kids’ and staffs’ ideas and wishes to reality.
Employer Matching Gifts
Many companies match or double their employees’ charitable contributions. Please check with your employer to see if you can maximize the value of your gift to CBC.
Gifts of Stock
Gifting through means of stock is considered a Qualified Charitable Distribution; please consult your adviser on how you and CBC could benefit from such a gift.
In Memory/Honor of
CBC is honored to accept and acknowledge gifts received in Memory/Honor of an individual or an occasion.
Planned gifts
We are honored that you would consider CBC as a future recipient of any gift you may give. Donors who include CBC in their estate plans leave a lasting legacy to our organization. Please contact us to discuss your wishes to extend your support to CBC beyond your lifetime.
In-Kind and Boat Donations
CBC accepts a variety of in-kind donations (non-cash donations, such as a boat or other types of marine supplies). The donation must be reviewed and assessed by CBC. If you are interested in making an in-kind donation to CBC, please contact us.
Volunteer
CBC strives to expand the quantity and quality of our volunteer opportunities throughout the organization, allowing volunteers and staff the ability to collaborate, leading to an increased capacity to teach positive life values to youth through boating.
